Most business sectors can operate from the 24 hr warehouses, there are a few business sectors which unfortunately cannot operate from our site or our 24 hr warehouses units, and these are but not limited to : car repairs, Heavy A1 manufacturing, firework storage or manufacturing. We advise you speak with a member of the team in the first instance to discuss your particular requirements.

Yes. All 24 hr warehouse customers are required to pay a refundable security deposit on signing of the tenancy agreement. How much is dependent on the size of warehouse unit you choose. The amount is usually the equivalent of one month's rental of your storage unit (exc. VAT). There are usually no deposits required for bulk warehouse and palletised contracts. The deposit is fully refundable after you have vacated the facility, provided there is no damage to property or your unit, and your account is settled in full.

Yes. We usually recommend to reserve your warehouse unit as soon as you are organising your move or need, as this will ensure you have the storage space available and held securely for you on the day of your move. We will secure and hold your warehouse unit, subject to terms and conditions.
